Your soaps ... and the photos of them ... are fabulous! Yum ... not sure which one I'd pick ... ummmmmmmm ... think my favourite is ... patchouli!
 
They're absolutely stunning. I have to ask, though, how do you keep the ash from forming? There's got to be a trick. I wonder sometimes if mine isn't ash, but a gelling issue. Do you gel them? I want mine to look like yours and they don't:(
 
I do get ash - on just about every batch. I spritz with alcohol spray a couple of times after the pour but it still appears. I think the only one that didn't ash was the Castile and the ones with EO vs FO.

I don't cover or wrap my mold to force gel but I also don't freeze it either. I leave it do what it is going to do. For the most part they gel.
