Yikes, its not that humid, I live in mn. It did rain all day. It seems like the one that are sweating are the ones made with mango butter, why would they sweat more than the others? Weird, anyone else have this happen?

I don't know if this helps, but someone on here told me that quality soaps, high in glycerine, sweat easily. That means you have high glycerine content quality soaps! :D

I've only had this happen when I have refrigerated or popped molds into the freezer so the soap comes out easier. Did you by chance refrigerate your batch?

Ok, funny that I read this. I just went into the guest bathroom at my SIL and she has a bar of glycerin soap on the sink that is full of sweat beads. Nothing else in the room is damp, but it is sort of humid today.

ha! today was the first time I noticed my soaps sweating--soaps over a year old, in fact.

but it was extremely high humidity here today--33 degrees (91F) followed by a wicked thunderstorm.

I've spent a lot of time watching a hygrometer and a few hundred samples. Under 55% humidity nothing sweats, over 55% the glycerin starts pulling moisture out of the air.
