I found a reference to this butter on an Aussie supply site:-
Mowrah Butter is a pure butter extracted from the seeds of the Indian tree, Bassia Latifolia, also known as the “Butter Tree”.
Mowrah Butter has a mild odour, is soft at room temperature and melts readily upon contact with the skin.

Mowrah Butter helps prevent drying of skin, restores skin flexibility and is said to reduce the development of wrinkles. A good butter for use in lotion and cremes.

Usage Rates: Balms 5-10%, Hair Conditioners 2-5%, Lotions 3-5%, Soap 3-6%

Mowrah Butter is best be used within 6 – 9 months of purchase – we recommend the addition of Rosemary Oleoresin Extract to extend the shelf life.

This may help you a little. If you want to check out the site yourself it is here -http://www.aussiesoapsupplies.com.au/Butters-Mowrah-pr-964.html
