Today I made my first ever lotion and body scrub.

Ive been making CP for a while, and wanted some lotions and scrubs to compliment my soap, but I was terrified. I thought lotion making would be really hard, all those scientifically named acids and waxes had me dumbfounded.

I made a lotion based on swiftcraftmonkeys formula. I changed oils around a bit and experimented. I cant believe how good they are. Not greasy (like the whipped butter I once tried) but absolutley awesome, and the best part - ready to use straight away!

And then I tried carebears scrub that was posted on here. OMG - it is fabulous. I am a bath and body junkie, Ive tried soooo many bath products in my time, along with oodles of scrubs, but this is the best. A little bit trickier than the lotion, but really worth it.

So thank you carebear!

I'm wondering if this will become my new addiction?
I love CP, but there is nothing like instant gratification, no waiting to unmold, no cure - awesome!

(sorry for the ramblings of an excited newbie!)

Yes, it's addictive. You have so much to do. Lotions, butters, balms, serums, scrubs etc etc etc. I've been making balms lately.
