I don’t have MMS but another companies and it has never accelerated on me. I get mine from Symphony Scents. I soap just warm. No discoloration from mime either.

Thanks, hopefully those are traits they both share.
I'm not 100% sure its from mms. I got it at a local place and they won't share their suppliers but many of the scents I do recognize as mms and this one matches their description.

I have Red Clover Tea FO from MMS, and it has accelerated on me, but the acceleration isn't instant. I'd soap on the cooler side of your normal temp range and don't plan on a super complicated design.

According to my notes, I used it at 6% in a batch of high lard soap and it "...behaved okay for a couple of minutes, then accelerated quickly to a cold gravy texture with chunks while heating up a lot."

For another batch with a similar blend of fats, I "...did a drop-pour with hanger swirl. Was getting to med-heavy trace at the end..." This also had the FO at 6%. When I've done this same recipe with a non-accelerating FO, it is usually only at light trace by the time I'm done.

Thanks @DeeAnna I guess I'll know soon enough if I have a naughty or nice FO. I'll stick with a single color for now and try cavity molds. If I hand stir and move fast, I should be able to get it in the cavities without too much issue.
