Mica usage breakdown

I thought I would post this here in the beginner's section. It is a breakdown of 1tsp-2tsp per pound of oil (ppo) all the way from 1oz to 7.5lbs. I hope you find it useful. If you find any mistakes, please let me know and I will fix it. Just copy and paste it.
