I thought I would try to get some side-by-side color comparisons of micas from different suppliers, since it is so difficult to compare from site to site. I thought I had more yellows but I don't. I have too many blues to get a good full shot of them all together so I have more pictures of them, with names of the supplier and color. I took these indoors and I think I will try them again if we have good indirect light tomorrow, although these pictures seem pretty representative to me; I just get some glare off the bags. I will try to do my oranges, pinks, and reds (all two of them) tomorrow. I have a few browns as well.

All of these are soap stable. The only one I have a question about is Conservatorie's Magic Blue. I was pretty certain that it was but I think someone said something in a post about Magic Blue disappearing, but was it Conservatorie's? I will pop some in some batter the next time I make soap and report back.

I just realized I forgot to add my neon colors. Curses!
PS. I accidentally wrote Conservancie on the paper. Too much rescue stuff lately. I meant Conservatorie.

No, it wasn't that one. I think it was on someone's blog, which I came across while looking at the Great Soapcake's Challenge entries. I'll have to just do a trial on my own to be certain.

I can take no credit for the micas!! I only wish I could make some of these. The highlights in some are glorious.

Tested and this Magic Blue holds.
