I am new to HP soap making and I decided I want to make a melt and pour soap base

My first batch did not go well and it became weird (see picture 1).
After 2 hours of being poured
I decided to salvage the soap by melting it down in the microwave
.
The thing is, it foamed
, but melted down, non the less! .
I couldn't do anything since it started to harden again as soon as it was out of the microwave.
The second picture show the second failed try.
So my question is, can anyone tell me how can I salvage this soap?
