measuring colour & fragrance

Hello There,
Just starting out with my M&P soap, just a quick question ...

how much colour & fragrance drops do I add per 1/2 kilo of m&p?
Is it just preference of colour and scent or can you put too much in where it would be unsafe?

Hey just me - colour and fragrance ARE a personal thing. That said, too much is not good! Too much colour and your will end up with it possibly bleeding out of the finished bars; too much fragrance ditto. When you are about to add the colour, just drip a very little in at a time and blend until you get the colour you want. With fragrance I ususally use between 1/2 tsp and 1 tsp per 500g soap base - it really depends on the FO or EO you use. Just go for a small amount and add more little by little until you like it
