Mclean Centre: Is this supplier a ripoff??

I can't find anyone on the internet saying anything about them. I made a purchase for polysorbate 20 and a few other items for my soap and i'm hoping my credit card doesn't end up somewhere fraudulent. The security certificate is expired, they didnt' respond to an email i sent them about making a change to my order and the "confirmation" i received had "yourcompany" placed in a generic header. It's been 5 days, they haven't charged my card, given me a tracking number or responded so i'm wondering if anyone here has used them.

The whois.org info shows them registered in INDIA, there is no phone number for them, they do not come up anywhere on google maps in Atlanta where their site says the are located and I can't see any other legitimate sites that say much about them.

The only time I ordered, I didn't get my products. I contacted them and they claimed they never got the order.

I've never heard of them. Is it too late to cancel your order since they haven't charged your card yet?

Call your credit card company and tell them not to pay if you wish to cancel. There should be a link on their site, as I remember, to contact them and cancel the order.

Well, I want the products! lol

someone, ahem.. added them to yelp with a nasty review. Perhaps loosing business will force someone to change.

I think i'm going to call and ask them to send me a new debit card just to be safe. I'm really upset that a business thinks they can act this way!

I also noticed on their reviews on some of their products on their websites, there were complaints of not receiving products going way back to 2009
