That is just way cool. I don't think my husband likes my soap. He keeps telling me he doesn't want to smell like lavender or lemons. I should really design a "man" soap for him. This is really nice.
Decide colors. Pour each color into flat (I use silicone) tray. When cool, cut out roughly equal numbers of shapes, sizes and put them into groupings by size. I use regular cookie cutters for this.
In square silicone pan, arrange your first layer of design, mixing size, shape and color for depth. Pour layer of clear glycerin on top (make sure it is not above 125..or your embeds will melt and you'll lose the crisp shapes) Continue building layers in the same way, but make sure following layers are not on top of layer below, but offset so you can see a depth of design. You have to work very, very quickly with this technique with soap that is coolish. The trick is to make sure it all blends together, but not melts together! You should get about 3 layers of design for a pan, and make sure you have a bit of separation between them so your soap has that depth and color. Nothing to it!
