can someone either answer this or lead me to another post on this forum if this topic was already discussed. it would be greatly appreciated.
I am relatively new to CP soap making. I have been doing it for a few months and so far, so fun, so good. THe one thing I am noticing is the fragrance (whether it be FO or EO does not seem to stand up through the lye in CP soapmaking. I can get a faint smell after it has cured, but the oils do not keep their integrity through the process. Does anyone have any hints or ideas as to which oils stand up through CP?

Thank you very much,
RA

yes, buy your FOs from a reputable supplier and not from the craft store.

I'd suggest Scent Works for a place to start, but there are LOTS and LOTS of fantastic vendors.

I'd also suggest that before you order or use a new FO you check out its performance in CP on the Scent Review Board.
