Hello new in this website
I read a post from someone asking a question about soft potion bars and why were bc it’s the same recipe from online? Same thing happened to me
So I read the beeswax palettes make the bars sticky is there anything else to use other than that to make them stiffer??
Thank you!

Some folks don't mind the feeling of beeswax in their lotion bars. I am one who feels like it is a bit sticky. You can try using less beeswax and more cocoa butter, but if you live in a very humid, warm location, you might need the wax to keep it from melting. The nice thing is that if you don't like how your batch turns out, you can remelt it to add other ingredients till you obtain the results you like.

I agree with the cocoa butter suggestion. Mine have a fair bit of cocoa butter in them and it feels nice on the skin.

You can also try substituting all or part of the beeswax for carnauba or candelilla wax and lowering your total wax amount. Those are much harder than beeswax so you won't need nearly as much. They have a higher melting point too, especially carnauba, so you will want to melt it on its own first to make sure it completely melts. Otherwise you get hard scratchy bits of wax in your lotion. Ask me how I know.

Been there with the candelilla wax for sure!
