Lotion bars end up with holes!

I put my lotion bars in twist up tubes. The first time I did it, everything went fine, but ever since then (and I've made about 4 batches), I get a hole in the center. So, hen I chop of the top and melt some more and patch the top. Ugh. What am I doing wrong? I have no idea what I did differently the 1st time.

this is typical. I don't know why it didn't happen before to you.

Try pouring cooler. Or you can fill most of the way, let cool, jab some good holes in it, then top off with HOT stuff (you want to bond the second layer to the first)
