I received my fragrance oils @rdc1978 sent me! I'm so excited! I was trying to research them on the fragrance review spreadsheet, but a couple of them are not on there. I'm so inexperienced, I'm scared to use them without knowing how they will act! Anyone able to share notes on using Nurture Soaps Comfort and Joy, Bourbon Street, Earth Meets Sky, or Ginger and Lime?

One suggestion is to check the Nurture website, but be aware that they test their FOs at a low temperature, like in the high 70s. I try to read through all of the reviews on the website. Their Ginger & Lime behaves perfectly when I soap my lard based recipe at around 85F, but it accelerates significantly in my soy wax based recipe that I make at 125F. I believe they recently changed their guidance for the Ginger & Lime FO from “no acceleration” to “mild acceleration.”

Thanks, that's good to know. I did look at the test notes on their website a bit.

Hi, I just saw your post - hope you are moving along nicely with your interest in Fragrance oils!

Nurture has some of my favorite fragrances! Bourbon Street is a very popular fragrance for me. It does smell like bourbon (which of course is very popular here - I live in Louisville KY) and Ginger and Lime is wonderful also. Other of my favorites from Nurture are All Souls Day, Eucalyptus Mint, Oudh (use mostly for mixing) Satsuma, Sun Kissed Cocoa and Somali Soul.

Good luck with your new adventure!
