I know this topic must have been brought up a hundred times but I really want to know where your all time favorite vanilla fragrance is from. The only vanilla FO I've tried is BB's vanilla select and I don't love it. I really want to try ordering some... from other companies perhaps but really want recommendations. Thanks!

Through the last 4 years I've probably ordered 20 kinds from 7 places and never found one I think is right.. At least for my nose.
Some are pretty good OOB but then fade to almost nothing once used. :/
And if I does stick... Then fades quickly over time.
If love to see what others say. :)

BB's Spellbound Woods - not overly sweet, like a vanilla cream scent that is so romantic and loved by both men and women IME.

Hello!! :)
My favorite vanilla FO is BB's Vanilla Vanilla - but it's not a straight-up vanilla scent. More of a dark, sophisticated scent rather than a sweet bakery scent.

Hi Cerelife!

This post is 9 months old and I'm still on the lookout for the perfect vanilla! I'll have to try that one because I haven't yet! One I've found that I love is BB's Black Amber Lavender. It smells like a very sultry, rich, complex vanilla in lotions, body butters, and scrubs. In CP it loses a lot of the vanilla (still by far a favorite CP scent tho) but turns dark brown nonetheless.

Warm Vanilla Oak from MillCreek (smells like a Christmas fragrance to me) has patchouli, sandalwood notes... spicy.
Warm Vanilla Sugar (Smells exactly like bath and body works) from The candlemakersstore.com

Both are body safe and heavenly. I know that they are not straight vanilla but it takes the fragrance "vanilla" to a whole new level.

Big fan of Sweetcakes Tahitian Vanilla [Primal Elements type]. Also, Warm Vanilla Sugar [MMS's is good, too]. SC also carries a White Vanilla which isn't prone to turning soap brown and it's pretty good but not like the Tahitian Vanilla.
