ok, iam reading online about using a bar or bars of soap melted down with water etc, does this work? i have some soap ive made that is good but doesnt smell. I just wondered if anyone has done this?

Doesn't work, you just get goo. Gloppy, slimy goo.

you might try the liquid castile thread in the soap section and read through that. it seems like it might be worth a try to you to see if you like the soap that comes out from that. (it doesn't have to be castile, that is just the name of the thread)

well, im trying it, if it doesnt work im only out one bar! why do numerous sites say it works, dumb.

didnt work, yuck you were right slimy mess, my sink smells good though!
