Liquid Soap - Hot Process

Hello all,

I made some liquid soap yesterday, I let the paste dilute over night, when I checked it this morning, there was so much paste at the bottom of my crock pot. I thought that the paste would disolve. Can someone tell me where I went wrong?

How much paste and how much water?

I actually used a recipe I found from a website, I think my issue is during the diluting phase I just poured all the boiling water in at once.

If you used water to soap 1:1, have you tried a stick blender, then a little bit of alcohol on top to tame the extra bubbles?
