liquid soap clump during neutralization

Was trying my hands on liquid soap. Everything went well and I have a clear liquid soap. But when I neutralize it with citric acid, the soap clump in contact with citric acid into white lumps.

Anyone has experience this? I ended up seiving the soap and neutralize with borax and getting a very cloudy soap. How sad!

Let it sequester for a couple weeks and see if it doesn't clear up.
