liquid potassium hydroxide

Hi, I am attempting to make a liqiud soap, so I acquired some potassium hydroxide 45% liquid from a chemical company, so when my recipe says use 10oz of potassium hydroxide, do I use 10 oz liquid or would that be 10 oz of the 45%? get it?
anyone ever use the liquid?

I am guessing because I have only used the flake form but I would say you need to figure 10 oz. is 45% so I would use 22.222222222222 oz. of lye. I would make a small batch just incase things are not right.
