link for blending? cedar-wood?

is there a site that gives some sort of ratio on blending scents? i know its got to do with individual tastes but i like to have some sort of idea..
today i want to blend cedar with lemon grass and from researching this forum i think its best to go 1 part cedar/2 parts lemon grass?

2 parts sweet orange and one part cedarwood makes a nice blend.
