Lines between Clear Layered Glyerin soap, why?

I made clear glyerin soap using M&P method.

The whole soap is clear with polka dots. I pour 1st layer of clear soap, sprayed rubbing alcohol, embedded dots, sprayed rubbing alcohol and pour 2nd layer of clear soap. (steps repeated)

at the end, I can see lines on the soap. Lines showed up where I poured the layers.

what did i do wrong? how can i get rid of the layer lines?

How long did you wait between pouring each layer?

i waited a few minutes because i don't want to melt the polka dots when i pour the soap.

how long should i wait before i pour the next layer?

I wait til a thin skin forms on the layer underneath. Spritz with alcohol, then pour the next layer over a spoon.
