Liability Insurance

Can I purchase liability insurance if I don't have my business license yet? I'm just now starting out and really testing my soaps on the market for now and i don't want to go through all the trouble of getting a license, registering just yet. But I don't want any law suits either. Please let me know what to do.

Get your insurance and license if you are going to go for this. You know how it is these days. Everyone wants to sue somebody. If you have a website with goods for sale I would definately purchase these things.
