Lemon pound cake fragrance, smells delicious. Cake soaps seem to be picking up popularity around here. I sell them by the "slice". I'm so happy people are starting to appreciate them, they are so fun to make

Thank you! My kids were disappointed , they thought it was real too.

Now see....that's a slice of cake soap I would buy. I'm in the minority, but I hate to use triangular soap cakes slices, and cupcakes. Especially those with all those little embellishments/embeds that will be so uncomfortable to hold or twirl around in my hand.

And that's the most realistic imitation cake I've seen!! I'm craving cake now...and we have fresh homegrown lemons in the 'fridge!!

Thank you all, I really love making soap cakes/cupcakes. Bit for the longest time they weren't selling very well. Now I've noticed a huge increase in demand for these so I get to make them again!! Yay. :)

Looks like the real thing, for sure. I was wondering if you notice they sell better around the holidays? I could definitely see people picking these up as special little gifts for friends or co-workers.

They have always done well for holidays, and perhaps its just my market growing that has me noticing an all around increase in the cake soap sales. I'm just happy for the creative outlet

That's some tasty looking soap! And now I want lemon pound cake.
