Lemon Cheesecake Anyone?

Oh oh oh, this smells sooooo good. A little bit crumbly upon cutting, and I’ve come to the conclusion, after having crumbly soap about three times now, that it’s only when I don’t gel that I get crumbles.
I specifically didn’t gel this one because I wanted it to look creamy.
