Thanks everyone! Chris, it's the strangest thing. It was there yesterday, but it has faded this morning. Now it all looks the same color throughout.
 
I just used the same mica yesterday...but I can't get my soap out of my tube - I used plastic container from lye - so I have to wait a bit ....maybe I freeze it tonight or just wait till it gets a little smaller. So far it looks very good...
