It's the final day, and we're still waffling between 5th and 6th place to win $1000. (top 5 are winners). Wee Companions was pleading for donations to buy some basic supplies like detergent and food after an influx of pregnant guinea pigs were left abandoned to fend for themselves "in the wild". (build new cages, vet bills, etc) They suspect it was a "backyard breeder" who ditched them.

Here's pics of two of our pigs that were adopted from them: these two became like father and son, with the older one charging to the rescue every time the baby squeaked....actually played hide and seek together! Who knew pigs could do that??
