I was planning on making a goat’s milk soap this evening and wanted to run the recipe by you all. The recipe is 65% lard, 20% coconut oil, 10% hemp oil, and 5% castor. The additives are GMP using the half and half water method, sodium citrate at 2%, Tbsp ground oats PPO, and ROE.
I know many will say that using hemp oil in soap is a waste, as it is better for leave on products, but I need to use some up and letting it go to waste would be a shame. It has excellent properties in soapcalc coming in at 151 INS, even though I know that isn’t everything, and I just wanted to see you alls thoughts. Scent will be sandalwood, patchouli, orange, bergamot, lemon, and vanilla EOs btw. Just let me know what you all think!!!
