I have come up with a "moisturizer or serum" which I would like to label somehow and was wondering what suggestions you all might have for it. It is made up only of oils and butters and I would really like to call it an intense moisturizer (it is great for feet, elbows and noses which are chapped from colds or allergies). I have heard there are FDA rules where you can't claim it to be intense or possibly even moisturizing. If this is true, any suggestions as to names for my concoction?

Please read this:

Shortly put, when your product isn't soap and it does not (state to) prevent or cure disease or alter the structure of the skin (anti-cellulite, anti-wrinkles) it's a cosmetic.
Your product is and before you start selling your cosmetics be sure to study their labeling manual too. Cosmetics always need to be properly labeled.

Follow the regulatory requirements and guidelines and you'll be able to put the claim moisturising on your label.
I wouldn't mention the word 'allergies'.
