My Black Forest Soap after 4 weeks of curing. Replaced all water with slushy flat beer in the lye solution, and scented with fir, pine, juniper, cedar, and a touch of lavender just because, and vetiver as a base note. The green part was colored with French green clay and ground nettle, and the line with ground walnut hull. It still smells a bit funky from the beer; hope another 4 weeks will have it smelling like a forest instead of a drunk German!

Love your soap :) - my first beer soap is now only about 3 wks old and no smell, I can only smell the FO so I'm happy.

Thank you!
Let's see, the smell should be gone soon, the colors are holding up, so in a couple weeks I will probably test a tiny end piece on myself and see how it fares in the shower. Just can't wait! :)
