I just read about Peaks and want to try the Black Canyon. What other soap safe FO is an absolute must from Peaks?

I love Peak. Their Sweat Pea is lovely and so is Botanical Orchard & Nectar.

They have soooo many good ones. My must haves from there are French Vanilla Amber, Blackberry Sage, Casaba Mist, Love Spell ... I could go on and on but those are my top favs.
The French vanilla Amber and Casaba Mist are harder to soap because of the acceleration, but if you plan ahead you can do it.

Black CAnyon is a great scent, but did you also read about the discoloration? Use it anyhow- it's a favorite scent!
