Jessicas Rose cake

This Soap was made at the end of soap making with left over plain white from an enjoyable family soap making session.
Jessica ,my son Jasons wife passed on earlier this year and this is for her.
Jessicas Rose Cake.
Thats the whole platefull .
Rose,Pepermint and Patchouli Essential oils are perfuming this old-world
High Tea Soap cake.
Placed on a lacey paper doily with a silver cake fork it would look great.

Jessica came thru our lives like a blazing comet as my sister put it.I am sure others have similar stories.
Jessicas story will be retold on ABC tv on 27th Dec 12.30 pm.An amazing celebration of her nearly 24 years, but you would also need a bunch of tissues .Its podcast here as well.http://www.abc.net.au/austory/specials/beautifulday/

Soap caker unleashed

Thanks Lindy.

I tell you what, doing that has unleashed some scrumptious ideas for soap cakes.
I can see the soap cake whole thing is unlimited. I never bake much cause I eat em all, but soap cakes , now I can go wild.
I think I will just muse on them till after Christmas.
Wedding cakes, birthday cakes ahhhhh , more soap bliss.

Oh yeah - I love the whole cake idea and so does one of my clients. I have a Health Food Store that is carrying my soaps and is waiting on this Bundt Cake.

It's Blueberry Green Tea and it'll be ready by the 15th so they can sell it by the piece for Christmas.

I want to make some cupcakes too and put them in a cupcake tree.

Way too much fun!!!
