Japanese Bath Bomb Maker

Does anyone have one of these machines from Japan? If so is it used to make a lot at a time or is it quicker to do them by hand if you have a lot?

The only thing I saw useful about it was the little press for the mold, but at that price, I will use muscle power and make bombs the manual way. It looks like they are only making one bath bomb at a time.
