Thought it was time I did some 'posh' photography of some of my newer soaps. We have here a Lime and Coconut ( with coconut milk) and my 'Salty Sailor' soap - yes that's the one I made when the soaping Gods stopped loving me ( also with coconut milk, and a 25% salt brine), and Pink Champagne soap - made with local sparkling wine and scented with Strawberries and Champagne FO

stunning--I really need to work on pic taking--seems to me there was a time in my life I was taking photo classes, I wonder where that zest for photography went to. any way...….. awesome job as usual!!

I'm the same, really need to get motivated to take better pics.. but my classes were a requirement in uni so maybe that took the zest out of me lol

Awesome pics KiwiMoose.. And I love the soap, too. I like that leaf "background."

I have photography on my list of things I'm interested in. I have sever point and shoots, several SLR and d-SLR's, and a really really nice P&S that acts like an SLR, but I have yet to read any of the many photography books that would actually teach me how to take good pics!! LOL

With all that being said, LOVELY pics @KiwiMoose. Your soaps are beautiful and your photography really brings that out in them.

Aww, thanks J x

Wonderful soaps as always @KiwiMoose! I don't think the soap gods stopped loving you with the second one, they just went out for dinner and left you with a babysitter. It happens from time to time when you become a more experienced soaper.[emoji85]

Did you get that pretty pastel green color from lime peel or from a colorant? Just curious as I've been thinking about trying out lime peel in soap but haven't gotten around to it.
