Woo Hoo , its raining here at the moment....so nice after such a long dry spell....and summer hit with a vengence.....90% humidity yesterday ....

The sun has been good for my vege patch (lots of good looking lettuce, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, rocket, fennel and chickory) , but the rain will be better , just as long as we dont get torrential rain that they are predicting ....

Can any of you gardeners out there answer this.....

We have tropical fish, when my son does the water change of his tanks, I get him to put the dirty water over my veges ( we wash b4 eating them )...is this water with all this fishy bits in it, similar to fish emulsion??? My veges are thriving !

it's basically manure eh! not a bad idea!

If they are tropical fish, are they in a salt water tank? I would wonder about the salt levels and it building up in your soil. Not my area of expertise though. Fish poo would be like worm castings perhaps? Sounds like it is working whatever it is.

We have had rain up here the last few days also. It has cooled things down abit. I am hoping the sun doesnt come out just yet as the humidity will be unbearable.

I would think it would be like the worm wee but instead fish poo. We have had rain since forever, I'd like it to warm up a little, looking forward to Saturday with 30 degrees. Pigs don't like the heat though, they just lay around.
