Is this Normal for HP?

I made a lemon coconut cream HP loaf last night and cut it this morning. Does it look right with the white chunks? It is not oozing or 'zapping' it looks like dried bits of soap inside ? I really hope I don't have to throw it out :?

If the white spots aren't zappy it's probably just dry soap that you scraped off the sides of the pot while stirring.

I concur
You can always rebatch it if you're unhappy with the esthetics of it.

Thanks, yes,I did scrap down the sides a bit, oops.

I actually kinda LIKE the look it has with the little white bits. I'll bet people will think you had to put effort into getting that look...when all you had to do was scrape the container a bit. :wink:
