Is Daystar typically slow to ship?

I made my first order with Daystar on Friday 6/27. I got an email confirming the order, but still no shipping confirmation. I just emailed inquiring about the status of my order, but just wondering if this is normal for this company. I'm in no big hurry, but just wanting to know if anyone else has had this experience with them.

They just got done conducting a big summer-savings sale (which always entails slower shipping because of increased transactions), so I wouldn't be too concerned about it at this point. For what it's worth, Daystar is one of the regular vendors I order from. Great service and products.

Yes, they have had a big sale and also they were on vacation over the July 4th week. You should be receiving your order any time now. They are a very good company and any other time ship quickly.
