How do you keep up with your inventory and ship quickly if you have to cure the CP for several weeks, or are alot of people doing HP? Is it just experience and foresight? I was under the impression that CP is supposed to make a better bar, but have yet to play with HP, which is next.

When your inventory starts getting low you make more. You'll get a feel for it after a while. It's important not to deplete your inventory trying to fill a large order. For large orders I let the customer know there will be a cure time. One person placing a large order will be more understanding of a wait then a dozen people wondering why they have to wait for a month just to receive 2 or 3 bars of soap.
