In need of a Solid Bubble Bar Recipe

I am looking for a good solid bubble bar recipe! I have tried a few different ones but haven't found one that I like everything about...some get so hard on the outside you can't crumble them, but once you do get through...the texture on the inside is great! Others are too mushy or crumbly and don't turn out looking very nice...so, I'm still searching!

What is the difference between a Bubble Bar & a Bath Bomb?

A bubble bar is a solid bubble bath, like Mr. Bubble in a bar (only much nicer!)
