I did post yesterday but hd no response was hoping to try again today.

My Bath bomb cupcake bases are a bit soft n crumbly does that mean I used to much oil or not enough to bind, is there any saving them. If I make another batch will adding kaolin clay help them with hardness.

Could you let us know what the amounts were? There's no way of figuring this out if we don't know the quantities used

The recipe that's helped me alot was;
1cup of baking soda,
1/2 cup of citric acid,
1/2 cup of corn starch.

For the liquids I have
2 1/2 tbsp of sweet almond oil,
3/4 tsp of water,
1/4tsp of EO.

As you can see, not much liquid is used.

I would worry just a little about the cornstarch as it has been known to add in producing yeast infections. Just a thought.
