I'm realizing hours after making ZNSB that I accidentally grabbed the wrong jar of salt from my pantry when making my faux sea water yesterday! I used my pickling/canning salt instead of the finely ground sea salt that was right next to it on the shelf. Good thing it's a small batch because I have no idea now if I should toss the batch and start over or just roll with it.
For those who are wondering how I could mix them up, I store them both in mason jars to prevent moisture. The lids are labeled, but they still look the same at a glance.
