I need a recipe for a hot precess soap, help :)

I am just starting out in making soaps. The hot process really apeals to me, because you don't have to wait for weeks to use the soap. I need some advices on how to do it, and a simple recipe for beginning. Can I use a electric slow cooker for this?
I will be very thankful for any suggestions

And yes, you can use a crock pot. Just realize that you will want your crock pot to fill only about half high, any higher and you could spill over and any lower you could scorch.

I usually use a 6 quart crockpot to hold 48 oz of oils.
