Hybrid Soap - Coconut Oil Based (Liquid Soap)

Hi All,
Wondering if we can make thicker LS (not very thin) high % coconut oil soap (>60%) by using combination of NaOH and KOH?
Can we at least make honey consistency ? Even though the oleic acid content is low with high % coconut oil based - soap.
