How do you post a picture in your message? I can post the link to it, but can't figure out how to put the pic itself in the message... help!!

You need to select the forum image link from imageshack. To the right (after you upload your images) there are several links and one of them says something like "forum image link" or something along those lines.

You can always preview your post after copy/pasting a link to make sure it's the right one.
