How to store shreds

I made a 5 1/2# batch of plain soap. I am planning on shredding it and storing for future use(the next couple of months). My question is how should I store it? Ziploc bags? I don't want it to dry too much as I don't want to add water or at least not a lot
I made the batch today and won't shred it for 3 or 4 days.
Any help would be appreciated!!!
