it is glycerin soap, not sure how to make it though!

That sure looks like melt and pour and it also looks like how they do the gemstones.

I did a melt and pour like that on accident once. I put chunks of colored soap into a mold and completely covered with clear m&p. The colors in the colored soap were bleeders so it got that look.

You mix up your melt and pour soap into different containers and colour each container and then pour them all into the mould simultaneously. An extra pair of hands comes in handy for this. :wink:
