How to make soap more foamy, which oil are good for that?

I want to make my soap super foamy, but not too drying. Which oils make foamy and rich?

Palm kernel is bubbly and less drying than coconut oil, babassu is a nice bubbly non-drying one but it's more expensive than co and pko. Also, castor helps, I use castor at 7-10%.

Try 3% Castor Oil - very moisturizing and adds wonderful bubbly lather...

Def castor, i wouldnt make soap without it. I do also like pk, i do 50/50 with co.
