That was my reaction, too. Even if the idea is that oils are "raw" before mixing with the lye, one does not simply crack open a coconut so as to pour out the coconut oil therein. But beyond that, all the oils are mostly certainly "cooked" and "processed" when they react with the lye.
Total marketing BS.

I wouldn't be surprised when at least the NaOH was heated above 48°C at some point.
