How should I go about packing the bath bombs?

So far, I have 2 ideas.

One is wrapping them with something like saran wrap or cling wrap. The other is using small cellophane bags and putting a silica gel packet inside them. I'm planning to give them to friends and maybe even sell them one day. Do you think these are good ideas? Which is better? Do you have any better suggestions!

What about shrink wrapping them? Or is that what you mean by saran wrap (I always thought saran was what we call cling film and you use that for food?

I don't have a shrink wrapping machine nor do I know how it works. Isn't cling wrapping using saran wrap basically the same thing?

You could wrap them in Saran Wrap for gifting. However, shrink wrap works great by sealing it completely. I use 4x6 shrink bags with an impulse sealer and a hot gun.
