How much EO for 2 lbs batch?

Hi there,

Since my batch is successful today, I am going to use the same recipe, but this time I want to add peppermint EO. How much do I need for 2 lbs batch? And do I add it before I pour into the mold?

.5 - .7 ppo (per pound oils)

os 2 lbs = 1oz - 1.4ozs

Eo's are much stronger than most FO's. Today I used .65 PPO in another batch of my salt bars. When I do FO's I generally use .85 to 1 full ounce PPO. It depends whose FO I'm using. My Peppermint and Lavender Salt Bars really smell strong at that %. Thank God, this batch turned out MUCH nicer that the test batch yesterday! :roll:
